i need a help. i have dell 5040 this laptop working fine when i remove RC battery. but not responding to power batten and no volts on any pin on PWBTN1

Check RTCRST# and SRTCRST# voltage. No power should be attached to mb(adapter+battery removed), only 3V cmos cell inserted.

i did it and there are 3V on R2421 & R2420 (only RTC battery)
