Strange Power Problem LA-D703P

My motherboard model is LA-D703P Rev 3.0
Motherboard problem no 3VALW & 5VALW when adapter is installed.
But when I press the power button 3ALW & 5ALW comes up. but the device is not triggering.
Has anyone come across a strange situation and solved it?


Tried;
Replaced RT8243A. Bios has been written.

There is suspend logic involved here-so you wont get +3VALW/5VALW before turning on. They will appear only after turning on. Nothing wrong here. Check SIO basic requirements to begin with.
