Hello. I have a razer Rz09 with no power, I checked all fuses and they are good. I see no visible hardware damage. I noticed a short near GPU, caps with green dots have zero resistance on both sides, also removed inductors with red dots and short disappeared on south side. Please check out pictures posted.
