hello all, i have this laptop with burned SY8386B due to liquid spilled. changed this IC but not i get charging and seems like it wants to power on but doesn't

while off and charger plugged in
S5_ON 0v,
+3VPCU 3.3v,
PWRBTN# 3.1,
+VA 19V,
BATT+ 15V
when i pressed the power key i get status led blinking on/off every 5 seconds and pulsing S5_ON from 6v to 0v
Any help would be appreciated

seems i have a corrupt bios, i loaded it into MEAnalyzer with error "does not contain intel/graphics engine".
i have tried to read the bios and verified it with same result.

I updated bios and firmware, loaded usb linux/hirens boot cd and other distros just to test and no go, the OS detects the keyboard but won't register key strokes.

Hey, wanted to thank you, i finally got the programmer and managed to program the EC and the laptop turned on. but i have a problem with keyboard not working. i noticed the keyboard works while on bios mode but not when OS is loaded. can you help?
