Hello everyone!
I have a weird situation. I'll try to explain. I bought my laptop with Linux. After half a year I decided to install Windows 10 Pro x64 (I bought it). So, I wiped everything on my HHD drive and installed W10 without any problems. For 3 years the laptop worked well, but I decided to give it to another person. I started preparation to a new user. Firstly I restored Windows to default settings with wiping all user's data, it went well with no issues. And the last point was wrong for me, I decided to restore also BIOS (1.15.0) to factory default. After I pressed the button to restore, the laptop restarted with black screen and fans was working at a full speed.
I think it stuck on restoring to factory settings because on my HDD I have no system partion prepared by Dell (I wiped it after reinstal of Linux) and also because before it I restored W10 to default with an option to delete all the user's data.
I tried to restore BIOS with Ctr+Esc function with different usb-flash drives (3.0 as well), removed all battery from the system (common battery and RTC battery), hit the power button while battery were removed for 1 minute. Nothing worked for me, the laptop still turns on with complete black screen and only fans run. (In common the Diod gives no error, it stays white and remains solid for all the time - so no any errors, but sometimes it gives CMOS error - 3 amber and 1 white)
I also tried to Flash BIOS with a programmator ("on board" without soldering), the BIOS file I took from a thread from this forum. Flashing was with no errors but still no luck, situations remains the same.
Do you have some ideas on how to solve the issue? It's very weird because before restoring to factory settings (obviously common option) I had fully working laptop.
