I was thinking that on my Inspiron the diagnostic LED is the led for the HDD and power (the same led). And as I mentioned before "In common the LED gives no error, it stays white and remains solid for all the time - so no any errors, [B][U]but sometimes it gives CMOS error - 3 amber and 1 white[/U][/B]"

Thanks for your input! I really appreceate it. I will give it another chanse and I'll try to flash BIOS, as you proposed as desoldered. One question, if I'll use a bios version with clean me from this forum is that okay?
And what is the test with extrenal keyboard? Can you describe it with more details please, I tried to find it on Dell forum, but no luck.

By the way. Also I tried to change BIOS battery - no luck.
The screen test (when "D" pressed before start) ends with black screen.
So, after I tried to do the screen test with AC power pluged in. It didn't run as it should run(no blue, green sreens appear). I've noticed that when test starts, the LCD turns on black (not just backlight) because I found a dead pixel on it, except that after switching off it restarts just ones and continues to work with fans on a full speed with no responce...

I have a weird situation. I'll try to explain. I bought my laptop with Linux. After half a year I decided to install Windows 10 Pro x64 (I bought it). So, I wiped everything on my HHD drive and installed W10 without any problems. For 3 years the laptop worked well, but I decided to give it to another person. I started preparation to a new user. Firstly I restored Windows to default settings with wiping all user's data, it went well with no issues.
