hp pav 15-r no 3.33v on power switch bouton

i have laptop hp pav 15-r
hp pavilion 15-e077ek
motherboard: da0r62mb6e0 rev:e
no power up
all volts are ok only power boton have no 3.33v volte i change it but the same.
i replace the risistor r880 but the same.
every think is discribed in picturs attached
any solutions pls.

Do you have voltage on SDA/SCL pin??
