DLID4/D5 LA-G202P dead

Hi . This Lenovo IdeaPad
130-15IKb.
Board is Dead ,
Around 3.3 volts present at power switch (JP4),but not starting.
Not charging..
3.3 or 5 volts not present.
Power supply shows 0.01 Amps
Can't find Schematic.
(PUZ1) RT3602AE Pin 12 is Vin there is a resistance found open 2R22 , replaced it ,but still no change .

Do I need to change it, or needs IO chip reprogram KB9022Q D .

Search forum. Schematic is avlbl for LA-G201P which is almost same.I too need boardview for this model as nothing is labelled on the mb.
