Sony MBX-223 ,M971 , Shutdown after 40 seconds

Hi.! This Sony board turns off after 40-42 seconds.
(with adaptor/battery or both)
Don't turn on until 20 seconds,
If I disconnect Power immediately when off,than I can turn on, than again stays on same time, aprox 40 seconds

Did changed ,
thermal paste, CPU.
Flashed bios also.
fan heatsink also clean
Before turning off fan also turns on.
Any points I am missing

Having exact same issue on very same motherboard-sony mbx-223 M971 rev 1.1. Clean me bios flashed, ec bios also flashed. there is display on screen but shutsdown in 30-40 seconds. Has anybody solved this??

PS: As per some russian forums, its me region of bios but i've already tried clean me bios. Just want few opinion before going ahead with PCH replacement. CPU/RAM swapped with known good.Heatsink cleaned,Fan perfectly working.

I have the same model and the moment i press power it turns on for 2 sec and shuts off. there is no shorting in any aux power rails. I read one post where if i disconnect the resistor to memory enable the laptop remains on for every but i dont get cpu voltages or ram voltages.But again changed the memory chip smsp same problem.Something to do with sony protection circuit for some models.

@guruji, your case differs with op's case as he gets all voltages, mb boots and then shutsdown in 40 secs.

If you cut the power to memory, cpu core/gfx core wont rise. So it means you either have problem in ram circuit or VCore circuit. Very likely, not a protection issue here.

i have changed the ram dc-dc controller still same issue.this is like a common issue with this model.
