A1706 Black Screen (NOT FLEXGATE)

When connected to HDMI it displays a black screen at startup, detects the connection and it is full black screen no image nothing, LCD that is not broken same issue, LCD backlight turns on but just a black screen. So yes there is backlight but no image. This is on external and internal LCD. Swapped out the LVDS connection as well and same issue. Logic board does not have water damage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also we have 4 good known LCD in stock and tested all 4 and they all have black screens with backlight on. You can hear the charge sound make a noice when you plug in the device to the charger.

Hey SMD no completely different board. Different issue. That board on the other thread didnt even get a backlight to turn on. That board was fixed though. This is a brand new issue I have never come across.
