Voltages and Résistance to GND at PL29 and PL30?

Also Check your Power switch: Does the 3.3V drop to Zero when you Press it?

That's Bad. I Had hoped that the issue is there...

Now Check Voltage (Before and After) and Résistance to GND of each Coil and Share the values Here. Please add the Values of PL29 and PL30 Into the list.

Check also whether a Voltage is Coming on at least for an blink of an eye after pressing the button.

Check the coils Like suggested. When everything seems fine, we should try Flashing the BIOS First.

Besides PL19 and PL20 should be the Same Résistance, all the resistances seems fine. ALW voltages present, No obvious short.

Try Flashing known working BIOS First and pray. Otherwise it Would be a hard one.

I assume you're working With known working charger of correct wattage and known working RAM too, Otherwise make this Sure First.
