Power button blinking, Laptop Hp pavilion gaming 15-ak DAX1PDMB8E0 rev E

When I press the power button, nothing happens. All I can see is the power button blinking and never stopping.

Here’s everything I’ve tried:
-Removed the battery
-Changed the power adapter
-Replaced the CMOS battery
-Changed the RAM.
But my laptop is still blinking. However, in the morning after I wake up, the laptop will turn on.

Here is my spec:
-i5 6300hq
-Gtx 950m
-Hp pavilion gaming 15-ak030tx Laptop DAX1PDMB8E0 Rev E
Now, I'm trying to fix the motherboard using the schematic I found
If anyone can help me figure out what the problem is, I would be very grateful!

Update:"I've checked everything but still can't figure out what’s causing the problem.
I'm waiting until tomorrow when it can be turned on so I can check and find out what's wrong
