    Hey mon2,

    I had this exact issue with a recent A1706 logic board and it was not any hardware besides the logic board. I tested a known good working top case and still had the boot loop issue and swapped out the LCD with a good one. Come to find out the logic board was perfect but still no issue, however it did boot into safe mode. Somehow the logic board will not function in normal operation unless it is in safe mode. Looking forward to your discovery and seeing if you find a fix because I have a logic board set aside with the same issue. NO VISIBLE WATER DAMAGE either.

      I have the same problem, the card works on the system in a safe node, I already changed cpu 2, clean bios and nothing solved
