Dell Inspiron 15 No Display

Mother Board : Cedar_Intel_-MB 13269 1 FX3MC FX3MC REV A00

board is power on, but no display.
It get 340-360 mA after power ON.
When remove RAM 2 beeps come.
I checked all voltages.
There is no LCDVDD.
Then I checked U5201.No Enable voltage come to pin No 1, in U5201.
Also no signal to D5201.
So what is the problem?
What I need to check?

voltages on the gray coils ? check the DRAMRST RAM slot

It is available. 1.3v
but it going 0 and again back

Friend in my case I have it in low voltage or I measure from the C1217 that goes directly to the slot, it should have 3.3v if so, where should I check the problem?

DRAMRST must be +1.3V not 3.3v James Mi
