Apple MBP 2009 17 820-2610A does not charge

I got a Apple MacBook Pro 17" from 2009 here, it came with the message its unstable and does not load the battery. Without the battery the LED is green. With the battery the LED is off, just flashing green every 6 seconds and i hear a ticking sound ever seconds or less.

    U7000 Pin 17/18 - 21.6 Ohm
    U7000 Pin 27/28 - 21.2 Ohm

    PPbus-G3H 8.4 Volt

I got a spare logicboard here if needed some parts.
