I've got an Apple Watch 4, with the charging issue. I bought it as a damaged (no mechanical damages), no turning on.

On the charger it started to heat just like charging (no charging icon) but few minutes later overheating symbol occured. So I teardown it, changed the charging coil, battery, and no positive results... I tested few other things, and watch works perfectly without NFC connection on the display. It charging fine, no overheating.

Any idea what could be wrong with the NFC and is it possible to repair? Thanks for advice.
