Need a little advice on possibly recovering "deleted" data from older mobile devices

Unfortunately, I've found myself in a bit of a pickle.

An ex-landlord has filed false accusations against me and I need to recover old data to prove he's full of s...tuff.

I'm technically inclined - but I've never attempted data recovery from anything that doesn't spin (well, except for SSD's - but - you get what I'm saying).

Unfortunately, there are seven separate devices (four phones and three cameras) that may or may not have any remnants of the videos or pictures I need.

Here are a list of the phones - in order of "least likely to have the data" to "most likely":

HTC ST6356 h/w: A (aka: HTC Pure ::or:: HTC Warhawk)
    LG CU920 h/w: 1.3 (aka: LG Vu)
    HTC X710a h/w: A (aka: HTC Vivid)
Samsung SGH-i917 rev:1.3 (aka: Samsung Focus)

Here are the list of cameras:

Flip Video Mino HD F460B PSV-465 ... I really hope we weren't dumb enough to use this
    G&E C1640W
    Samsung TL110

If I used R-Studio, would I be able to access all of the addressed memory, of would I still need to get some chip clips and pull these relics apart?

My last question is - for the HTC Vivid ... *sigh* ... I factory reset it when I switched to the phone after it. Is it even possible that the factory reset was superficial and that the data's still somewhere in there?

---- non-tech related explanation of my situation if you care to know --------------------------
Man, I really wish I could countersue for loss of time. This is the most frustrating thing I've ever had to deal with. This case is from 2016 - but it went into default judgement because they claimed that they served me, when - in fact - they did not. I only just became aware of this last year. My trust in the legal process has long since gone - but this ... this just solidifies the fact that it's really all just a joke.
    ---- end -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway - not here for that; I'm just here to hopefully figure out how to get my walk-through pictures or videos off of one of these devices.

Any help would be immensely appreciated 🙇 🙏 🙇

I've used photorec https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/Photorec in the past to recover files from phones even ones that have been restored.

An option for the Android phones would be to try to get a full dump of /data partition from EMMC via ADB. Once you successfully get the dump, you can convert it to virtual drive (vhd) and open it and scan with R-Studio. In this way, all data would be covered with no need to pull the NAND apart. You'd probably need root access for this.

As for the cameras, I don't know the devices but maybe you are lucky to have a JTAG on them? But I'm just talking about possibilities here 'cos as I already said, I don't own such devices.

      Good Luck!

Cool - I'm extremely familiar with photorec hah
        Well excellent - thank you!

        Oh cool.
That's excellent news - I didn't want to attempt anything without first knowing for sure that it was safe.
Super helpful feedback - thanks again
