Re: Need a little advice on possibly recovering "deleted" data from older mobile devi
Cool - I'm extremely familiar with photorec hah
Well excellent - thank you!
Oh cool.
That's excellent news - I didn't want to attempt anything without first knowing for sure that it was safe.
Super helpful feedback - thanks again
Need a little advice on possibly recovering "deleted" data from older mobile devices
Unfortunately, I've found myself in a bit of a pickle.
An ex-landlord has filed false accusations against me and I need to recover old data to prove he's full of s...tuff.
I'm technically inclined - but I've never attempted data recovery from anything that doesn't spin (well, except for SSD's - but - you get what I'm saying).
Unfortunately, there are seven separate devices (four phones and three cameras) that may or may not have any remnants of the videos or pictures I need.
Here are a list of the phones - in order of "least likely...
Re: Recommended resource for learning/using this EZ Digital Oscilloscope DS-1100
@stj - Thank you for the manual. I do have the probes. Though, given the state of them, it might not be a bad idea to order a new set. They were tangled up with a bunch of other dirty greasy cables and they're not in the best shape.

Recently my father-in-law sent my wife and I out to Arkansas from SLC, Utah to pick up a van. Weird, but true. My father-in-law owns an auto repair shop and found this beefed-out van with a wheelchair lift (I guess those are really expensive).
The woman we picked it up from was getting rid of her father's estate after he passed.
While we were there - she had opened his garage to give us the extra seat for the van - I saw an oscilloscope sitting in the corner. I guess the guy was an engineer. One of the really really smart ones that worked on projects 12 levels above...
Hello,
I'm new to this forum - but I am glad to have found it.
I've tried everything I could find for this thing. It's not your typical motherboard with jumpers, or a battery, or a button ... or anything traditionally useful. In fact, I've got a few images I'll post.
I literally spent five hours last night scraping the web for an answer. I've tried the generators, but they only get me into bios - they don't clear the password, not eve with all the little tricks that are supposed to.
I found this forum because there was a post asking for a bios...
Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello.
My name is Thomas, I'm from ... ugh ... Utah - of all places.
I've been a software engineer for over 25 years, and I'm currently trying to get my startup off the ground.
Happy to be here I probably will have more questions than answers - but I'll try my best.
