Hp elite x2 1024 g1 power on problem

Hi i have this laptop ,i have white light when i hook power adapter(type c) but when i push power on goes red.
I have voltage on the board and in battery connector.
I scan board with thermal camera and i notice u66610 is hot(32c)
I have donor board Do i have to replace ?

No luck ,I replace both but issue Exist
