At pu11 you have 4.7 volt at pin9 and pin8 you have zero


Voltage on coils pL 11 and PL13

and also voltage on capacitor c124

Measure and reply


You don't have U11 ic? on this motherboard check schematic for u11 ic

U11 ic not pu11 ok

pl11 has 3.3v pl13 has 5v

But U11 pins have zero voltage strange

U11 is converting ,3v into 1.8v_s5


Measure voltage on U11 pin 8 and Pu11 pin 8
Relax and count pin correct

Pq12 is a mosfet which is providing +3v to U11 not pu11

Check page 35 schematic

not so sure sir I think this is the pq41 sir not the pq11 the pq11 is a AO3404 transistor

nope sir I cant find the pq12 sir sorry that two mosfet is the only mosfet in the board nothing else the other is part o the 5v and 3v system msofet this two I cant sure if where is the pq12

If it is zero means KBC vcc at 11 pin is missing

If it is zero means KBC vcc at 11 pin is missing


Check vcc pin 11 of IT8987 KBC

pin 11 has 0v

pu9 pin 9 has 0v press goes to 1v then zero
pin 18 0v press goes to 3.3v goes tpo zero again
pin 16 0v press goes 1.7v then zero

KBC pin 11 check with button pressed
Check pu9 pin 14 button pressed

It should not be zero if zero means 3v is not reaching to KBC

Check capacitor c65 both sides and resistor r814
