Your bios is likely corrupted but not confirm

ACIN voltage signal at pq6 mosfet

Power button pressed

Voltage

and

Power button not pressed

Voltage


This should go to 0 when power button pressed
Before pressing it should be 3.3

At pu11 you have 4.7 volt at pin9 and pin8 you have zero


Voltage on coils pL 11 and PL13

and also voltage on capacitor c124

Measure and reply
