overheating problem, maybe smsc problem?

Hi good day I have a problem with this board it will turn on then after 5 min or more it will turn ogg beacuse of overheating I tried to change its board fan then trying outboard but smae problem.

Maybe the problem is the smsc chip?

i think the chip will only hold up to 120c and my board is killing it up to 150c

yes sir the fan is turning normal mode you can feel the air coming out but it still stud down beacause of overheating I already putted some thermal paste sir..

how did u know it is overheating?

did u chceck with sw like speedfan?
