Asus Laptop F552W with power issue

i have this Asus F552W laptop a client brought for repairs which had a water spillage on the motherboard,after cleaning the board when you switch the laptop the power led comes on for 20 seconds and goes off again when processor fan is about to spin.
can someone please help me?tnx in advance
