Just an update:
So I have replaced the DC-in Jack as suggested and now the laptop works perfectly.
Apart from the burned mosfet, never thought that replacing the dc jack has an effect as well....

Thank you for your advice. I'll attempt to replace the DC jack since the AC adapter seems to be functioning properly; I've tested several AC adapters and they all show the same charging behavior with the laptop. My another suspect is the mosfet that connects to the DE_JACK_DETECT I see some potential burn marks....

The original part was a PKCH2BB, as indicated in the schematics for the G533 boards. The replacement I used has the same capacity, but I'll switch it with the original brand once my parcel arrives.
I can rule out the DC jack as the issue, as I tested the laptop, and it's receiving 20 volts. However, there's no charging indicator, so I believe the problem lies elsewhere....

Asus ROG Strix 17 (G733ZX) Laptop Power Issue
I've had the laptop for about 2 years now, and lately, it has been acting weird whenever the AC adapter is plugged in. The issue is that when the AC adapter is connected, the charging often gets disconnected. This frequent connection and disconnection interrupts whatever activity I am doing, as it causes the laptop to underclock. At one point, the laptop even stopped charging with the AC adapter plugged in.
When I try to use the PD in one of the USB-C ports, it charges just fine. The only downside is that I can only get about 100W of power since that's the maximum it can take, so...
