I have a acer one d270 , the problem is if i used bench lap supply the laptop works fine, but when i used a charger laptop cannot turn on.I already tried good chargers and original charger but still same issue. does anyone encounter this please help

Find out if the Fet PQ38 Drain Voltage with the Original Adapter what is the Voltage on same pins with the Bench lab supplyComment

ok i tested PQ38 with bench lab and original charger both pin1-3 have 1-3 have 19v pin4=9.5v both pin 5-9 have 19v , but the weird problem is the laptop turns on if bench lab uses but with the original charger cannot turn onComment

Check the voltage with the Bench Lab ISL88731C pin 2 13 22 , do you have another original charger to testComment

the diferrence on ISL88731C same on pin2 and pin 13 but different on pin22 on original charger 4.9 with bench lab plugged in pin22 is 10v.i already tried 3 original chargerLast edited by String2016; 09-18-2019, 09:23 AM.Comment

As you know acin should be 3.3V. You need to probe resistors connected with pin 2 and pin13 of charging IC. maybe one of them is bad.
PS: I'm assuming your mb is quanta ZE7 as you have not mentioned the exact platform.Comment

@mcplslg123 thank you very much for the advise, i trace the resistor connected to pin 2 and pin 13 of the charging ic one is bad no ohms value, replaced it now its working fine with original charger , thank youComment

I have acer laptop tmx314-51 with part no 6050A3020501.
The laptop is working fine on adapter and battery is also charging and when adapter is disconnected in on state the laptop gives backup on battery and gives good backup.
But when laptop is powered on through battery only the laptop does not power on and there is 0 voltage on battery connector.
I have not not tried another battery as it is not available locally could this be a battery problem.have checked discharging mosfet and there is no shorting to ground on any pin of battery connector.

I have ACER Nitro 5 model AN515-51 main board model LA-E911P Rev 1A after replacing the mainboard keyboard stop working properly.
Some keys not working like Q,Z,C and some keys show deferent chr$ if i press K i will get I press D for F4 key etc...
i have tried all software issues like drivers test the keyboard on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and Linux with same problem.
I have check the keyboard connector on the mainboard every thing looks ok.
Then i replaced the keyboard with new one ......same problem exact same keys problem.
I need your advice if anyone face... -
