Some keys not working like Q,Z,C and some keys show deferent chr$ if i press K i will get I press D for F4 key etc...
i have tried all software issues like drivers test the keyboard on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and Linux with same problem.

Hello I'm here for the same issue, but with an A515-52, after replacing the MB the keys do the same as you describe, it turns out the MB I got (DH5VF LA-F952P) is for an Acer Aspire 7 , which according to the seller is the same MB, tried 2 different Nitro Keyboards and both had the same issue, then I tested with an Acer Aspire 7 keyboard and that one works correctly, check what machine model is being reported in the Acer Care Center, chances are it is reporting a different model.
Searching for solutions it seems that re flashing the KBC (KB2099 in my case) with the correct image should do.
checking the forums for the easiest way to do that.

I tried that with the latest bios for the Nitro 5, it went through but it still appears as an Acer Aspire 7 and the original KB issue persists.

Make a backup of your bios and EC ,then flash the bios and EC from a DH5VF rev 1A board

thanks SMDFlea I posted on the BIOS requests board as I don't have the image, unless I could somehow get it from the original board which does not power up.

Can you try using the chip from the old board in the new one ?

Review the topside markings of the flash chips. Google them to find the density and datasheet for each. The main bios will be a higher density part than the bios used for the EC (if the EC is using an external bios). If in doubt, post all markings of the chip(S).

I think this might be the one given that it appears to be a 16 mb
