I have a acer one d270 , the problem is if i used bench lap supply the laptop works fine, but when i used a charger laptop cannot turn on.I already tried good chargers and original charger but still same issue. does anyone encounter this please help

ACIN Pin 2 AC Adapter Detection Input. Range zero to 5.5V.
ACOK AC Detect Output. This open drain output is high impedance when ACIN is greater than 3.2V. The ACOK output remains low when the ISL88731C is powered down.Range 3.3V to 5.5V.
Find out if the Fet PQ38 Drain Voltage with the Original Adapter what is the Voltage on same pins with the Bench lab supply

the diferrence on ISL88731C same on pin2 and pin 13 but different on pin22 on original charger 4.9 with bench lab plugged in pin22 is 10v.i already tried 3 original chargerLast edited by String2016; 09-18-2019, 09:23 AM.
