Acer e5-574G

DA0ZRWMB6G0 rev: G
this device in while watching movie hanged and force shutdown by user .
client told me 2 or 3 time device hang and him forced shutdown .
now this device turn on but immediately turn off . led power turn on and off for second .

no burnt ic and component .
3.3 and 5 and 19 is present.
coil cheked ohm .
please help me .

programmed 2 or 3 time and changed ic bios and not working .
turn led and fan for 1 or 2 second and shutdown .
I/O is programmable IT8987e .

find out the Schematic of the MB find out +3VPCU +5VPCU getting transfer to +3V & +5V and what Voltages are missing when power up test the Voltage on all big Gray Coils

page 31 PL6013 PL6012 is your 3V & 5V Coils test the Voltage , PU6010 test the Voltage pin 3 12 13

yes voltage are present 3.3 and 5 v on coil

now find out PQ308 PQ18 pin 123 voltage as you press the power button after find out the Voltage on U45 SIO pin 112 107 3 84 123 33 72 100

SIO pin 112 RSMRST check as you press the power button if this voltage go to 0V and come back to 3.3V , out put of PQ38 pin 123 ?

pin 112 before switch on 0 v and when i press power button pin 112 go to 3.3 and active 3.3v on pin112 until laptop shutdown and pin 112 go to 0v ?!!
3 or 4 time checked it pin!

Pin DNBSWON SIO 123 14 119 18 check as you press the power button (#) THIS INDCATE HIGH/LOW , find PU12 IC pin 7 & 3 PL11 as you press the power , go through page 44 power diagram to see what voltage is missing ,This cause may be shorting or Voltage not getting the place where it need or BIOS

123 is 3.3
14 is 3.3
119 and 18 not voltage and when i put probe on pins 119 or 18 device can't turn on but remove probe on pins and switch device go on .!!

pu 12 are 1v_s5 and no problem

it seem to be PCH is not out putting S4/S3 SMD component shot between may be , what is the resistance to GND on those 2 pins SUSB SUSC S4/S3 pin 119 & 18
