My laptop ampere 0.900 but no display. PLTRST also ok. NB & SB board. If i plug in ram ampere no change ampere same. Help me

Is this core2duo mb?? I'll suggest to flash bios if not done yet. Ram used is DDR2 or DDR3??

sir can u give me a bios file .i have try many time but at the present time its not turn on (not switching)

Why should i post a bios file for you when you dont bother to reply whether your mb is ddr2 or ddr3?? You didnt post any measurements either. With such poor description of your problem, why should i waste my time helping you?? You didnt mentioned how the mb went dead as earlier it was switching. Remember, mb is in your hand and if you dont describe symptoms in detail, its not possible to give correct advise.
