Dell E5440 does not turn on

I have another problem with a Dell E5440 VAW30 LA-9832P which is not a sign of life, LED off, I checked + 3.3V_ALW and + 5V_ALW are present, but I noticed that it is missing + 5_RUN and the + 3.3V_RUN size 1.09v on U46 on this the RUN_ON and SIO_SLP_S3 # signals are missing and also on U45 and U43 missing also + 3.3V_M which feeds the two bios U1 and U2

PU402 pin5 is ACOK the same signal goes to SIO KBC & check POWER_SW#_MB 3.3V (# =high low) when pressing Power this will go to 0V and come back to 3.3V ,POWER_SW_IN# 3.3V after R329 test #, make sure RTC_CELL for no short

ACOK is present on pin 5 of PU402, pressing power on / off button POWER_SW # _MB from 3.3 goes to 0v and returns to 3.3v

to find the resistors and capacitors you have to do a continuity test multimeter find out PCH_RTCRST , AC_PRESENT ,+3.3V_ALW_PCH, when you press power find out any Voltage change SIO SLP S3/S4

                                          Hi everyone,

I am dealing with the problem of turning on and off my Dell e7470 notebook.

The battery charge light is solid white, I press the button, the power indicator and the light on the button are solid for 1-2 seconds and immediately turn off.

The system does not turn on, there is no post.

I removed the RAMs and changed them, changed the battery, RTC battery, AC adapter, removed them and waited, tried again, it does not turn on.
The problem continues in the same way.
I tried to turn on the Fn key, nothing came to the screen....

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.

                                          Dell inspiron 13 5000 - Doesn't turn on, overheating
                                          by Nagyesz
I have a Dell laptop with me, a DELL inspiron 13 5379. It doesn't turn on. After some investigation, I found that the charger is delivering 0-3V instead of 19.5V, and this voltage fluctuates constantly. Additionally, two ICs are overheating. I searched for these ICs, and it seems they are likely related to the issue of not having 19V.
Should I inject voltage somewhere, or should I replace the ICs right away?

So, PU4301 is overheating, and the surrounding area is hot, possibly just because of this IC.

                                          ...

Dell 3421 wont turn on with strange behavior

                                          Hi all
I've been working on dell 3421 that won't turn on/charge
                                          Specs: i3-3217U no discrete gpu

                                          The behavior is
-won't charge (charging light up for 3 second and goes away)
-won't turn on if both battery + power adapter plugged in
-in other way it can turn on with either power adapter only or battery only

But sometimes all this issue goes away with no clear reason.
Does it indicates faulty board chipset?
                                          Thanks
