Dell Latitude E5520 does not turn off - OS is loading
The laptop Dell Latitude E5520 oes not turn off - OS is loading.
I reflashed the BIOS; I removed the HDD, Wi-Fi module, DVD drive - I booted from a flash drive, sent the shutdown command - it turns off for a couple of seconds and turns on again! Maybe someone knows what to do? -
