Thats a DUAL N-Channel MOSFET [ Two MOSFETs inside same package ]. Shorted MOSFETs in a power supply is always a bad sign. The 19V can directly flows to the circuit and may damage PCH/CPU depends upon in which rail the short happened.Comment

Before placing the order, i would highly recommend to remove the shorted MOSFET and do an impedance measurement of that power line. According to the diagram, its 1.5V power rail which goes to the RAM as well as PCH directly. In the best case scenario the 1.5V rail may work once you replace the MOSFET and the PWM IC. However in the worst case, there is a high chance for either your RAM or PCH suffered fatal damage due to direct exposure to the 19V. I have seen many Samsung board with the exact failure and i think its a common fault in these models. If PCH is gone, DMM will show very low impedance and may probably beep also.Comment

I tried to use this method:
Testing an N-channel MOSFET:
Step 1: Discharge the Gate (turn off the MOSFET)
Place the black probe (COM) on the Source (S) and the red probe on the Drain (D). The multimeter should show no continuity (high resistance or "OL" – open line).
Then, touch the black probe to the Source (S) and the red probe to the Gate (G). This discharges any stored charge in the Gate, turning the MOSFET off.
Step 2: Charge the Gate (turn on the MOSFET)

Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth... -
So My iPad was not charging and booting up . i went to a local technician and he checked with thermal and this Part marked in 1st Photo is Short.
So then i went on to boardview and downloaded the schematics and identified this part in 2nd Photo. Now i am confused what exactly is the part called ? where should i get this from ?
i contacted my technician and he sent me his BoardVIew screenshot in 3rd Photo. In his Boardview the part is called X2826.... Something
SO My main concern is what part should i order what should i search the name for ?

Hey guys,
i have a asus motherboard here and as the title says after the first mosfet (in the picture) there is nothing more than 3.15v.
I injected 19v and max. 1 amp at the charging port and there is not voltage drop or smth. It's just taking 19v and 1 milliamp.
Then i tried to inject 19v and max 1amp after the current sensor and there it first takes 19v and 4 milliamps and after 2 seconds it is taking nothing (no current).
I measured on the coils on board everything seems fine. Also the main power rail is not shorted (infinite resistance).
Now i thought something...
