    Hi Good day inned help to identify this mosfet i cant see it on the real board because its burnt the images was from google but noting hd there ..

    It should be Q559. See diagram.

      Thats a DUAL N-Channel MOSFET [ Two MOSFETs inside same package ]. Shorted MOSFETs in a power supply is always a bad sign. The 19V can directly flows to the circuit and may damage PCH/CPU depends upon in which rail the short happened.

          Before placing the order, i would highly recommend to remove the shorted MOSFET and do an impedance measurement of that power line. According to the diagram, its 1.5V power rail which goes to the RAM as well as PCH directly. In the best case scenario the 1.5V rail may work once you replace the MOSFET and the PWM IC. However in the worst case, there is a high chance for either your RAM or PCH suffered fatal damage due to direct exposure to the 19V. I have seen many Samsung board with the exact failure and i think its a common fault in these models. If PCH is gone, DMM will show very low impedance and may probably beep also.
