Lenovo Yoga 510-14ISK Not turning on from battery

Hi guys .
This Lenovo Yoga 510-14ISK is not turning on from a charged battery.
If i plug in the charger, switch it on and remove battery it's working normally on battery. If i restart it works also... just when i switch it off it's not comming back on without charger connected.
Any ideas?

Battery charges and discharges normally, with the correct charge % displayed?

yes. it's enough to connect the charger, press power button then i can remove the charger and the laptop works fine , discharges, charges properly and hold charge for hours.

Bios update didn't change anything.

checked the whole forum but nobody had this problem.
