820-3115 b MacBook Pro no usb working

Hi i have this laptop with usb not working , i found u4600 heating .
I found PP5V_S3_USB_A_ILIM short to ground . What can i do ??

i thinked remove u4600 and inject 5v on the lin to see what heat up

Chances are the culprit will be either U4600, D4600 or the connector J4600 itself that's damaged. I'd start by removing D4600, the most likely to be shorted if connector looks fine.

fixed was c4695 in short , no need to remove and inject voltage , caps was visible damage under scope
