I have problem with motherboard I will add photos about this problem

When I remove this ic 29d the board working and cpu hoting but with out display on screen >>

That ic is RT8240BZ and its+1.05VTT rail. So you have some shorting in this rail. Schematic avlbl, so dig it deep and find out whats wrong.

Btw, i assume its R62 mb as pic is not clear.

dear when I remove cpu the motherboard standby correctly but when I put it the problem back and restart

Thatt itself proves that something is wrong in +1.05VTT rail/Vcore circuit.
