ACLU1/ACLU2 UMA NM-A272 REV 1.0 problem

Hi I have a motherboard the problem is I don,t have any voltage in PU1207 in pin 2 missing 1.35v

How can i troubleshoot this problem the laptop has no power

TPS51716 MISSING 1.35V

remove the jumper PJ316 PJ317 and measure voltage if you have 1.35V fault is after if not measure voltage

remove the jumper PJ316 PJ317 and measure voltage if you have 1.35V fault is after if not measure voltage

When I test diode mode in pin 7 and pin 2 it beep means its shorted
