Lenovo 500-15isk LA-C851P without CPU voltage

    Lenovo 500-15isk
    LA-C851P

i measured all voltage, only cpu dont work
there is NCP81208 chip for three rail voltage :
    VCC_core VCC_GT and VCC_sa
only one of three voltage working .ist 1volt
two voltage ist null . i replaced 81208 chip ,but dont change. also i chnaged two NCP81253 together, one have voltage another ist null. also dont change
So i think 81208 and 81253 not defect and problem ist another place.
i can see three pin Communication (SOC_SVID_CLK ,SOC_SVID_DAT,SOC_SVID_ALERT) that connected direct to cpu .
any person have idea for my problem ?
How one of three voltage rail working , because all enable pin ist same but with seperate PWM ?

i dont found datasheet for 81208 but i thinks ist similar NCP81243

      i checked
i am sure that +VCC_SA(one of three Rail voltage for NCP81208) ist ok ,plus VR_PWRGD
Also i think +VCCIO is good.
      Have an idea?
i reprogram Bios with this file.maybe my problem ist Bios ???
      please check my bios

                  Re: Lenovo without CPU voltage

VCC_GT here refers to GFX Core ?? If so , it can be missing coz of many reasons like Bad bios, Bad ram stick or slot, PCH, Vcore ic(i rule it out as you have already replaced it) and missing DRAMRST# signal.

I'll suggest to check DRAMRST# signal on pin30 of Ram Slot. It should be 1.3V approx.

If I am getting it correctly a bad LVDS cable was causing VCCGT to be missing?

                                  Hello friends,

Looking for some guidance here. The RAM voltage circuit on this motherboard keeps burning out PU301 which is a RT8231AGQW. Copy of the board with the burnt chip attached with some voltage measurements and copy of the schematics also included.

I think I've checked almost every component in the circuit, but when I change the RT8231, the laptop starts I have 1.2V on the inductor for about 10 seconds and then the RT8231 goes south and no more voltage on the inductor. All other voltages on the laptop are good, this is the only one conking out for a reason I...

So far these are my diagnostics:

When given 19v trough power adapter, consumption reads 0.003 amps for about 5 seconds then nothing.

When power button pressed same result, and i get three green blinking lights from the pwr btn led. But foesnt turn on.

                                  Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Yoga 13 Panasonic here, when powered
                                  • both fans spins (the sconds starts with a bit of a delay), no image neither on HDMI nor the display
                                  • most voltage rails seem OK (see image below, red labels)
                                  • resistnace to ground mostly seem OK as well (blue labels)
the only suspicious is the 0.0V rail (2nd from left, top row)
                                  • the resistance to ground is rather low (1.9ohm)
                                  • when injecting the voltage (1V), it consumes around 200mA, seems OK to me (?)
also tried new BIOS, no change
I can't find a schematics for the board - can some of you gurus look at the voltages?...

My T14's (NM-C801) main USBC input keeps failing every few months. Initially, it worked fine for several years. The symptom is that once powered from the main USBC port using a 65W power brick, after some time (minutes, hours) charging will fail completely. Powering from the secondary (docking) USBC input still works. This laptop is basically always plugged in. The first time it happened, it took me a long time to find that the FPF2281 over-voltage IC for that USBC input was at fault. When the issue occurs, it will continuously reset power delivery negotiations with the power brick -- according...
