Dell Latitude e6320 charge circuit broken, bypass ?

    Hi All

I have a laptop what does not charge anymore, it won't go on without battery.
But even with a "dead" battery it will go on and works fine, aslong there is a battery in. In the dell bios it show no adapter installed, also with a universal adapter same, but does boot, but does not charge and won't go on without battery.

    Now I have read: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=44259
and it points to PU14 / CD3301 CD3301RHHR_QFN36_6X6 and indeed that chip has some burn marks on pin 34.
According to the schema it should be DC_IN_SS, I could try to replace the whole chip but:

is it also possible to bypass or make a wire to pin 19 (+NBDOCK_DC_IN_SS) ?
so the laptop thinks it is docked (but is powered by adapter plug) and will charge ?

    thanks in advance.

CD3301-This should match, rest is irrevalent as they are date codes etc.

maybe a stupid question but if I google on CD3301RHHR I see multple chips but the lower numbers does not match or is that the serial of the chip besides G4 ?

to bypass the CD3301B ic power controller in the dell latitude
                          1- remove the ic
2- remove the two mosfet pq401 and pq402 then solder to connect between drain and source
3- remove the mosfet pq505 then connect between drain and source also

Hi guys I have this dell that with the battery charged it turns on correctly, but if I connect the charger I get the charging symbol but it doesn't charge the battery.
I found the shorted charger PU4401 ISL9538h that had pins 14 and 15 shorted and I replaced it. but it still doesn't charge.
                                I noticed 2 things:
                                1) without the battery connected if I connect the power supply, on the SDA and SCL pins of the battery I have 0V I measured the resistance with ground and it is very high, if I connect the battery I have 3v on the 2 lines.
                                2) if I try to turn it on without the battery...

Laptop is stone dead and only reacts to the power button being held while the charger is plugged in, in which case a dim amber LED fades in and immediately fades out when I let go. Battery being plugged/unplugged does not change anything.

No shorts to ground have been identified on the board whilst probing the power rails in resistance mode. No visibly damaged components.
No indication that the CPU is receiving power; CPU fan does not activate.

I have a Dell E5470 that powers up and boots windows no problem. Using a non-standard universal type charger, it shuts down immediately if moved, (power short in that charger or AC power jack) because the battery has no charge and isn't charging orange/white lights blinking on the front. When first powered up, BIOS power alarm stated that it could not detect the voltage setting and I had to dis-able the message to get past this. It got into Windows fine, as long as not moved, so I dis-assembled it looking for a cold solder joint on the power jack that I thought might be lifting off the MB, but...
