Seller for bga

Good morning to all the friends of the forum. For several years I have always taken bga videos or chipsets from see-ic. The problem is the long time, a safe month to get the bga. I found a retailer on ebay called chipbay.uk. Has anyone had any experiences with him? Are the bga good or is it better to stay with see-ic?
