820-3023 need mosfet alt

hello i have a water damaged macbook air 820-3023
computer boots and runs but its jumpy and super slow sometime it reconizes battery and sometimes it dosent
U4002 is in really bad shape but i dont have another donor board so im trying to find alternitive
for donor boards i have
820-3437-b
820-2796-a
820-3437-a
820-3209-a
820-2838-a
ive been searching and some are close to a match but ide hate to put the wrong chip in its place any help would be great please and thanks
