    Notebook not working with battery

    Hi everybody .

    Please can you help me.
    I have a Toshiba C55-A PT10FG notebook board.
When I use only the adapter (without battery) everything works normally.
If I use only a fully charged battery, the notebook can not be turned on while the charging LED flashes.
If I plug the adapter when the battery is connected, there is no change.
When I turn on the laptop only with the adapter and plug the battery the notebook works in and system i see battery information serial number, capacity etc.
The system shows that the battery is fully charged, as shown by the capacity.
The battery is new but not original.
When I measured the battery with a multimeter, it showed a 11.4V peak.
I replaced the BIOS, EC BIOS, ITE8572, BQ24725.
I do not know what to do next.

Thanks in advance for every type.

Check mosfet on discharge circuit. On 1 end you should have battery vol and on the other end you will have ac voltage. check this mosfet-if it is open then also you may face this problem(Since you have already replaced charging IC)

      This mosfet I measured.
When the inserted battery is closed, it means one side of the battery is 11.4V and the other side is powered by a 19V adapter.
If you disconnect the adapter, the sides of the power supply are 11.4V.
It's okay for me or I'm wrong.
When I disconnect the TS1 # C signal from the battery, the notebook turns on but after about 5-10 seconds it turns off.
This situation occurs only when I have a connected battery.

after long testing I found that the new non-original battery was defective. I used another one and everything works normally.
