hp550 bad graphic ic?

hello.
have this hp550 intel, that have strange problem. on start it freeze on windows desktop start and on wake from sleep. if i go to safe mode and than restart, it start total normal. do u think its a bad ic?

i flashed bios, try about 5 drivers. nothing helps

could be some issue with gpu itlself and not the IC that manage the CORE .
have you tryed making a clean new install on new hdd ?

yes i make clean install. gpu is not in core.

you mean there is no DSC , its gpu core come from cpu ?

This laptop needs to be tested using Ultimate Boot CD.
