    DA0R62MB6E0 REV: E +VCC GFX Missing

    Guys need help
    got here a problem with this MotherBoard

    DA0R62MB6E0 REV: E
    Hp 17-e047sf
    INTEL
    KBC ENEKB3940QF A1

    laptop starts up but no image found out missing voltage

    PL37 0V +VCC GFX Missing
    PL37 IN DIODE MODE 0.965 fluctuation
    PL37 in Ohms 23.00 K Ohms fluctuation

    PU17 IC

    Pin1 5V Pin5 0V
    Pin2 1.9V Pin6 0V
    Pin3 4.8V Pin7 0V
    Pin4 5V Pin8 0V

    I have flash bios with one I found in Bedcaps but MB not power up with that bios
    I have uploaded my old bios bin can someone look in to it PL whether it corrupted and need bios for this board

        You uploaded the wrong BIOS. The SPI ROM you need to backup/flash is U31. File size is 4MB.

                Dear techtiger, i too faced this missing gfx core issue on this same mb. I tried all the dumps avlbl at badcaps and some other dumps sourced from net. But unfortunately none worked. The only bios which worked is HP official update. You need to carefully extract your 4mb bios from that update file with hex editor. If you face difficulty doing that then let me know. I'll extract it for you.

                PS:You will need to use HP bcu utility and dmitolls to fix the serial no etc with hp official bios.

                    your problem has nothing to do with the bios
                    the IC PU17 has all the voltages necessary for it to work
                    the problem is the IC PU17 that is bad or has a short to the output
                    or either of the two mosfets
