laptop ASUS wont turn on

help me please i have laptop asus Motherboard: X555LD 3.1
wont turn on
present Voltage :
19v
missing Voltage :
5v
3.3v
* Test coil of 3.3v output i get 2 Ohm
I Already removed the 3.3/5 ic and test i get same result 2 Ohm

Where is the problem Exactly Please help me

Normally, before removing that chip (if you do not have another chip to replace it) with a multimeter you should check for some electrical signals on some input or output pins
If, for example (in relation to the 2 Ohms on the coil), the 3.3V line is shorted, it must be excluded and checked if the 5V are present.

I Confirmed That the step down circuit is good by Removing this Jumper and Allmost Always voltage came

3.3v Power Button
Where is the problem exactly i don't know
