    problem with dell 5321

    i all
    i have problem with dell inspiron 3521 mb la-9104p
    i dont have any 1.5v out from pu300 (rt8207) ihave 5.5v in pin12 on this ic but not any 1.5v get out from it on pjp301
    qz11 was broken an i solder it from the sam mb
    i replace it but the problem dont resolve
    sorry for my bad eng
    any one can help me?
