Dell 7480 problem with freezing during the Windows loading process
Hello everyone, I wish you a happy day.
I have a Dell Latitude 7480 laptop that has a problem with freezing during the Windows loading process. If it manages to boot up, it becomes very slow and doesn't load anything from the desktop.

The attempts that have been made to solve the problem have not yielded any results.
1. Changing the M.2 and M.2 Nvme hard drives.
2. Trying different RAM modules with different speeds.
3. Updating and downgrading the BIOS.
4. Clearing the ME (Management Engine) BIOS.
When trying to open Sergei -> Mini Windows, I receive the following error message: The Exception Unknown Software Exception (0xc0000417)
occurred in the application at location 0x000000014001BB3C.
All previous attempts have been unsuccessful.
Can anyone assist me?

- This issue has occurred with me on multiple Dell devices, with the same error messages, and I haven't been able to reach any solution after trying the mentioned troubleshooting steps.
- The error messages and the BIOS file are attached.
