Asus EEE PC 1005HA shutting down after power

Hi guys,

i have an Asus EEE PC 1005HA when i press on power button, laptop power and shutting down.
The Led powering. The fan try to rotate and the hdd make a noise of clicking but can not start.

I tried to unconect all board (wifi card, power button board, usb board, the hdd, sd slot, and the lcd lvds conector) and i put VGA external and the adapter adapt the motherboard start random. I can access to BIOS. I tried to connect a USB device or an HDD or the LVDS cable and the laptop shutting down.

i checked voltage on coils, it seems ok i found 3.3v, 5v, 1.8v, 1v, 1.1v

i heard whistle noise on charger ic.

What do you think?

meassure for short after second power mosfet

which second power mosfet?
is this mosfet in charging section or in" 3.3V - 5V" section?

somewhere on the AC_BAT_SYS line,for example on PR1,no matter which end.

try removing the battery

I think The battery is dead, because when i put it the orange led blinking. the battery didnt want charge

i found the problem it was ac adapter
When powering laptop the AC_BAT_sys down to 17.8v from 19v before powering
i change a 680uF 25v capacitor.

Now all ok.
