PB Easy Note TE11HC Keyboard Not Working

I have received a new KB and same probleme, none of the keys are working.
It Works well on external usb Keyboard.
I never had this problem before.
Any help apreciated

This kbd not working is a nightmare to me. faced with same issue(some keys not working) on Acer la-7912p & HP 2000 laptop. Could'nt solve it as everything seemed fine. I even replaced Sio and reprogrammed it(For la-7912) but still it was same. I too want to learn on this. keep posted,if you find any solution.

After 20 atempts on connecting and disconnecting the flat cable, the new kb start working.
very wierd
