Hp dv6-7090el not charge battery (mainboard Goya/Balen 1.0-DDR3)

Hi to all friends of the forum.
This handset only has the problem of the battery that is not charged.
When I plug in the power supply, the Orange Charge LED lights up for a moment and immediately becomes white.
Battery connected but not charged appears on windows
I updated the bios but did not change anything

I do not have another battery to do tests, checking the mosfets I'm not short

PIN 15 & 18 Voltage is little suspect. Check All low and High side power mosfet.

I would replace the battery first and make sure it is making good contact with the motherboard's connector.
