Acer 5740 no power no led

Hi everyone,
My Acer 5740(not g) not powe up ,no led blink so I dissemble it , and I found one component cracked see in below image,plz help me to know which component it is. Know me if this was the responsible for no power up.

24V 600W TVS Diode, reference P6SMBJ24A.
Remove it and try with a known good power supply. It is not needed to power the computer on. It is for surge protection. You should still replace it.
The original power supply probably caused this so I advise against using it again, since there must have been a huge voltage spike to destroy the diode like this.

I think it's not because of voltage spike but the one nozel come out form cooling fan and that was right behind it so,i m just guessing.if it was not responsible for power damge than how can I check step by step for power failure.thanks
